Delicious GF hoagies! I was in heaven eating a chicken cheese steak for the first time since going GF.

Have eaten at this location numerous times but today they tried to put the glutened onions lettuce and tomatoes on my gf sub. They used to have separate tubs of toppings they would use. No longer safe. Had to get refunded and leave empty handed.

I love this place. Subs, steak sandwich, all on gluten free bread. All gluten free done in own area right in front of you. Great prices also. Thank you Jersey Mike's.
GF rolls are fresh and taste like the real deal. Come in 2 sizes, half and full. Nice, friendly staff.
I went in to get a cheesesteak for my daughter with Celiac. I told them the sandwich was for someone with celiac and they were very careful. They kept everything separate, put down clean paper anywhere they set down the bread etc. they clearly have good training here. The cheesesteak was pretty good too!

Wonderful option - First cheesesteak my daughter has had in months! Almost had a mishap, but when the manager checked each sandwich he saw that our GF sandwich was on a non-GF roll. Immediately addressed it with the staff and remade the sandwich himself, personally in front of me. Changed gloves, scrubbed work area... I was so impressed. Totally in control and with one (almost) mistake earned customers for life! EXCELLENT controls, yummy options and super clean restaurant!

Excellent service. They take celiac disease seriously. Separate area for making sandwiches and same great tasting food. Thank you!

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
