Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They take Celiac seriously. I was curious how a sandwich shop would take a request for a gluten free sandwich. They knew exactly what to do. They advised me it would take a minute to clean everything, which I found impressive. I watched them as they wiped everything down, then laid out parchment paper to ensure that there wouldn't be any cross-contamination. We'll done Jersey Mike's! Looks like I'll be back.
