The employee asked if I was ordering gluten free due to an allergy. He changed his gloves and wiped everything down before making the gluten free sub. It was good and I had no gluten cross contamination reaction. Glad they take many precautions for us.

They take Celiac seriously. I was curious how a sandwich shop would take a request for a gluten free sandwich. They knew exactly what to do. They advised me it would take a minute to clean everything, which I found impressive. I watched them as they wiped everything down, then laid out parchment paper to ensure that there wouldn't be any cross-contamination. We'll done Jersey Mike's! Looks like I'll be back.

A few staff members are very knowledgeable regarding allergy protocol and cross contamination, amd some aren't as knowledgeable but still friendly and willing to do everything needed to prevent cc. I eat here about once a week and 99% of the time I've had good experiences. I do wish udis would make a sub bread that's a lot less like cardboard though.

Amazing place, they sanitized the area before cooking and the gluten free sandwich was so good!! 100% recommended

Gluten-free bread! Staff was excellent. They happily clean the area and got sandwich toppings out of unopened bins to avoid cross contact. Great customer services, friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!

So awesome! I came in during the lunch rush, but they did not cut any corners. Super careful about preventing cross contamination and they have really great options!

I usually order through the app and pick it up so I can’t speak with full confidence on cross contamination, but the gluten free bread is really good. Best place to get a gluten free sandwich around the area. I don’t think I’ve ever felt sick from it.

I was IMPRESSED when I went in! They wiped the meat cutting machine down with soap & water, wiped all of the counters off, used a new, clean, & lined tray. I’ve been there twice & didn’t get sick either time!

Great people, careful with cross contamination every time I’ve been there so far. They only had 1 half of a GF bread left when I ordered a giant and they put the other half in a bowl for me and offered a free sandwich card for the trouble. Highly recommend every Jersey Mike’s for celiac-friendly sandwiches and this one was no exception.

I frequently get subs from this location and I have never had any issues. Gluten free bread is available as an option for each sandwich. Before preparation, the employees ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and are extra careful not to cross contaminate if it’s an allergy (for me it’s an allergy). Everything is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Classic Italian
