A few staff members are very knowledgeable regarding allergy protocol and cross contamination, amd some aren't as knowledgeable but still friendly and willing to do everything needed to prevent cc. I eat here about once a week and 99% of the time I've had good experiences. I do wish udis would make a sub bread that's a lot less like cardboard though.
