Udis gluten free roll was okay but the sub was good overall. I saw the person making my sandwich change gloves. They asked if it was a preference or an allergy.

Staff knew how to handle it. They were busy but asked if it was allergy or preference then the team reminded each other of proper handling procedures. I was impressed.
Yes
So excited for a gluten free sub, you have no idea. It was awesome and they did ask me if it was an allergy or a preference. UDi’s is advertised on their menu. Awesomeness!!!
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was super busy but they were efficient. Sandwich was good. A great surprise!
Went here twice. First time was great! Second time was complete opposite: terrible! Ordered GF bread and the lady didn’t repeat it back. I told her I had a GF allergy and needed GF bread and she continued to ignore me. She gave me my total and I asked her if she got if it was GF, and she asked for the next customer in line. I checked the receipt and it did not say GF bread. I asked another employee if it was supposed to say GF and she said yes and told someone else that it was supposed to be GF and dairy free. While waiting, the lady who took my order loudly complained to a friend about how I came back to check to see if it was GF and that it wasn’t a big deal while pointing and looking at me! When I finally got the sandwich it wasn’t dairy free and I honestly was too scared to eat the sandwich because the weeks of pain after are not worth it. DO NOT EAT HERE! They do not take your allergy seriously and it is not worth the risk.
No
Took my allergy seriously and made my sandwich on a clean surface with new gloves. I am happy to report that I didn’t get sick.
Yes
Very courteous staff. Asked if I had an allergy and made sure my ISO’s sub was made separately.
Offers Udis bread. Will ask if gluten free is for allergy or preference. Allergy they make one dedicated clean space.
I went in when it wasn’t busy to ask about safety protocols. She said, and did, take it very seriously. She washed hands, changed gloves, and made my food on a tray as to not come into contact with the counter. She used squeeze Mayo vs spreading it with a knife that had touched gluten bread. I felt totally comfortable watching the process. The GF bread is still GF bread, nothing to be done about the texture of that I’ve found, but it was great sandwich!

AMAZING. Jersey Mike’s generally does well as a chain with gluten free, and they were great. My brother picked up the sandwich, but they had a separate board for gluten free sandwiches, they changed their gloves, and the manager seemed great and careful. I got the #13 Original Italian on gluten free bread, giant size so I could have half for lunch and half for dinner. I also asked for extra juice because gluten free bread is a bit dry. Man, that sandwich was so amazing. Like maybe the best sandwich I’ve had in years. Lots of meat and cheese. I’ll definitely be back. I’ll include a picture also.

Do NOT eat at this location. They used to be very understanding with needing my sandwich to be made gluten free. I have celiac and they would treat it like a wheat/gluten allergy. I went in this evening and the employee started arguing with me that wiping down the slicer is not necessary, nor would they use a different slicer for my meat and cheese. So I walked out. Be warned that they might not take your gluten free sandwich seriously.

Staff was very dismissive and was then placing all items on counter that was not cleaned off. Then stated it was fine.
— Not at all
They stop production of all sandwiches to clean the machines and counters that are contaminated. Everyone changes gloves. They’ve always been very pleasant about it. Extra safety precautions are done as soon as you order gluten free and say celiac disease, you don’t have to ask them to do anything.
