Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

When you say you are gf they change gloves and get a separate cutting board and knife. They do their best to avoid cross contamination, and I have never gotten sick from eating cold subs here. I would recommend asking for fresh toppings, though- I have seen crumbs in the lettuce. We have eaten take out from here prob 2x a month for the last year or two and I have never gotten sick.
