Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I was very impressed. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten. They cleaned their whole counter and meat cutting machine, changing gloves many times during the process, before preparing my sandwich. They use Udi sub bread. Food was good. I will eat here again.
