Sometimes my partner and I get sick, sometimes we don’t :( Very unsafe. But the food’s not bad.

They’re very good with making sure nothing gets contaminated, so I always feel safe here and never gotten sick. I think I’m just not a huge fan of the bread. Definitely edible, but by the end I get bored of it and don’t eat anymore.
Yes
place is always excellent and i never have reactions.
Never gotten sick. They changed their bread from udis to a local bakery in the past few months. It makes for a different shaped sandwich but tastes fine. The bread is a little less dry than udis, which is a good change since I felt like I needed two drinks just to get an udis sandwich down. Never had a problem with the meat or cheese being non gf if I asked about it and didn't just assume ALL of it is, since that's not how the situation should be approached, ever.
Yes
They had good gf udis bread I got one like once a week. They just recently changed their bread to one size and it's terrible. Taste like nothing won't be going back.
Unfortunately, I have gotten sick from their gluten free subs a few times. Not all times, but enough where I just avoid it altogether now.
I enjoy how, as my sandwich gets passed down the line, it goes from carefully handled by people who switch their gloves and use a mat and a specific knife, to people who use the same gloves to handle and wrap up every sandwich.
I pointed that out once and they all got super annoyed with me. Oh well.
It's also ridiculously pricey! Uck
If you don't have a bad sensitivity or allergy, by all means enjoy the expensive sub!
No
Staff is uninformed. Meat and cheese is not gluten free. Only options here is plain udis bread.
No
Yum! Very careful with contamination procedures.
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
