Michelle and the other employees there were incredibly gracious and conscientious in making sure there was no cross contamination. As soon as I told them I have celiac disease, they let me know the meat carver was just cleaned, they all changed gloves, brought out toppings from the back and put them in to go containers before putting them on my sandwich, even going so far as to give me the leftover toppings that they had put in the to go containers to take home with me. They were all patient and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend going here again.

I stopped in one day and the place was a wreck-crumbs all over the counter and scraps from hoagies they had made. The staff seemed bored and put out. I did not feel safe to eat there

We've been there twice so far. They've changed gloves and cleaned the area before making my GF hoagies and their condiments are kept in bottles instead of using the condiments that have spreaders in them for "regular" hoagies. 100% suggest them!
They mixed up our order and gave our 2 celiacs regular bread. One bite and my daughter knew but it was too late. She was very sick within hours. Emailed the store telling them what happened and suggesting they somehow mark the gf sandwiches. They never bothered to answer.

Sandwich was good. Nothing special but was nice to have a quick option. All sizes available n multiple sandwich options. I’m extremely sensitive and expressed my concern to the woman at the counter. She was extremely accommodating, careful, and kind. I did choose to go at a very slow time (3pm) so that helped as well. Will definitely go again.
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
