Was told the grill would be clean for my hot sub and sure they “cleaned” it. All the employee did was throw ice on the grill and scrub it off. That’s not going to get rid of gluten from the regular bread on the grill. I can’t speak for cold subs.
They are great about cleaning, safety precautions and cross contamination. Been many times and have never had a reaction. So nice to be able to get a sandwich out!

The staff that helped me during my visit were awesome. I asked for a GF order and the girl immediately washed her hands and prepared my sub on fresh paper and used a tray to prevent cross-contamination. She even went and got a separate bottle of mayonnaise. They seem to be really on top of it. The GF was pretty dry but I was sooooo happy to have a sub I didn’t care.
I would recommend this Loganville location for sure.

I have celiac disease and can no have gluten at all, this location went above and beyond to make sure they make my order safe for me which meant changing their gloves making my food on a separate surface using a new knife to cut my sandwich with. They did everything correctly and it just made me feel normal, I don't eat out because of my long list of requirements. I just felt normal and that means a lot to me. Huge thanks to Jersey Mike's for carrying gluten free bread and for staffing such amazing and helpful people. Also for anyone wondering they have gluten-free sugar cookies and yes they are absolutely delicious. Love love love!!!! Will definitely be back!
****update.

Very knowledgeable staff, have separate GF tools and made sure to wash her hands, change gloves, and then clean grill. Got the Gluten Free Philly Cheese steak and am very happy with the roll they give. Full size roll! Highly recommend.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
