Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

There was only one person there making sandwiches. He placed my GF bun on the counter between the gluteny subs. When I pointed out he just contaminated the sandwich he threw the bun away and got a fresh one, which he placed on a paper. He then dipped the same mayonnaise spatula that was just touching gluteny bread in the same bin of mayo with gluten crumbs in it and spread it on my gf bread. When I pointed out he just contaminated the sandwich again he admitted they had no training about how to make things gluten free :/
