There is a risk of cross contamination however they clean the slicer the counters and change gloves. Then they make your order on a separate tray. So they do take it seriously. Always had a good experience here. Helpful and friendly staff.

I’ve eaten at other jersey mikes and have gotten really sick. This location goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe. Nothing comes off of the bar. It’s the only Location I will eat at anymore.

They change gloves and make sandwich in separate area. Staff has a great pro call. Have been to Jersey mikes in different States and they all follow same protocol making sandwiches. Use UDI buns.

Stopped by while traveling. The order before me was gluten free. There were gluten crumbs everywhere. Knife touched gluten bread and hen went back in the tray with gluten free bread. We left without ordering.

Incredibly disappointing experience. They have historically had separate toppings for their gluten free sandwiches to keep them Celiac safe. The manager tried to tell me that there weren’t crumbs after watching him reach in to the topping bins with wheat on his gloves. One of the other employees started to get an attitude when I tried explaining that those bins were no longer gluten-free. She also told me that was oregano when I had watched crumbs of bread fall in to the toppings. Our family won’t be returning to this location.

Very good sandwich (Philly cheesesteak) and she took excellent care to try to avoid cross contamination. I didn’t have any reactions. I’ll be back!
