This Jersey Mike’s is my absolute favorite.😍 I feel safe eating from this location, knowing that I won’t get sick. My GF sub is always made right. Thanks so much to the amazing employees that work there. ❤

If you tell them allergy they clean everything up and even get you the condiments from bottles behind them they have out separately.
The bread is so good! I always splurge for the giant and have lunch for the next day!
Staff knowledgeable about celiac. They clean everything down before making my hoagie. I have eaten many, many times here with no problems. Love the choices we have. So nice to have a hoagie again.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free
Not all employees understand protocol when dealing with a gluten-free order. I watched as an employee handled multiple gluten sandwiches and then using the same gloves handled my gluten-free sandwich. I Explained to them that I could not take the sandwich, and explained what I saw take place. The employee didn’t understand what she had done incorrectly. The other employees were very apologetic, gave me a refund, and offered to make me another sandwich at no charge. Obviously I declined the sandwich for fear of cross-contamination. I would be very careful eating here

Sooo good and they cook your meal separate from everything else! I’ve never gotten sick.

Very good gf sub. Felt like Subway when I use to be able to eat normal bread

I love them gluten free sub rolls. The staff is knowledgeable and wipe everything down before making my order without being asked. Very friendly and willing to accomodate.
I had their gluten free ”reuben” hot sub. Awesome

Please give this place your business! I’ll cry if they quit offering GF subs! This is my second time I’ve been here. As soon as I tell them I need a gf sub, they will wipe down the grill, change knives to cut it, etc. At most restaurants I always feel like a bother when I ask GF questions. These employees are trained great. 5 stars!
Just found out about the GF subs and am so excited!! Here for my 2nd visit today
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
