Jersey Mike's Subs

Although it is not a dedicated facility, the staff prepare your food right in front of you so you can see them take the right precautions. They even have a knife specifically for the GF bread (which is Udi's). It's challenging to find quick GF meals on the go. This place is great for that!

Best GF sub bread I’ve had. Offered in 3 sizes. They use a separate knife, cutting board, condiments, etc. I’ve never had a problem or gotten sick. Definitely recommend!

As soon as you ask for gf bread they change their gloves, get a clean knife & grab a mat to make the sandwich on. They also ask if you need the slicer cleaned which is awesome. I never have them clean it, meat is usually good but I have never had trouble there!!

I ordered a cold sub because the shared area for heated subs seemed like an extra risk. They switched gloves and used a disposable sheet to separate the gf sub from the counter, but I still got sick.

I’ve been here multiple times and never got glutened. The staff always makes me safe and takes precautions. It’s always nice to have a hoagie when I’m in a pinch, highly recommend!

Stopped by on way through town and was pleased that the girl taking orders made sure that gloves were changed and counters wiped down prior to starting to make my sandwich.

So nice that they ask upfront if it’s an allergy. Food is kept separate, they change their gloves and looks like they are using a separate grill for our subs!
