We stopped by this Jersey Mike's while traveling through the area because we have always felt safe with their allergen precautions. We were told that they do not have gf buns or containers to put a sub in a tub in. Our only option was getting their meat and cheese on deli paper. The worker was very apologetic and said they should have more tomorrow.
Moral of the story always call before you go to be sure they have everything. The next safest place was Five Guys, so that's where we ended up.

I love that they ask if you are celiac and assemble sandwiches separately in dedicated gf spot. They use udi’s sub rolls

Best GF restaurant experience ever, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! In the 10+ years I have been gluten free I had never saw such dedication to prevent cross contamination Every possible protection was used! I ordered a cold sub/turkey. When I asked for GF I was immediately asked it it was an allergy. The person preparing changed his gloves right away, washed his hands, then went to a designated space in the prep area. He was interrupted by a customer to purchase a drink and as soon as he finished he changed his gloves again. He went to the kitchen and got a new knife. They had squeeze bottle Mayo (Mayo in a tub is one of they biggest cross contamination). He used the Mayo, then changed his gloves. He sliced the meat, then changed his gloves. Some may think this is excessive but since it is a shared space, some things are touched my gluten hands. Seriously, I have never had someone take that much precautions and I was blown away! Jersey Mikes needs to give lessons to other food places on how to prevent GF contamination.

So awesome! I came in during the lunch rush, but they did not cut any corners. Super careful about preventing cross contamination and they have really great options!

I usually order through the app and pick it up so I can’t speak with full confidence on cross contamination, but the gluten free bread is really good. Best place to get a gluten free sandwich around the area. I don’t think I’ve ever felt sick from it.

I was IMPRESSED when I went in! They wiped the meat cutting machine down with soap & water, wiped all of the counters off, used a new, clean, & lined tray. I’ve been there twice & didn’t get sick either time!

Great people, careful with cross contamination every time I’ve been there so far. They only had 1 half of a GF bread left when I ordered a giant and they put the other half in a bowl for me and offered a free sandwich card for the trouble. Highly recommend every Jersey Mike’s for celiac-friendly sandwiches and this one was no exception.

I frequently get subs from this location and I have never had any issues. Gluten free bread is available as an option for each sandwich. Before preparation, the employees ask if it’s a preference or an allergy, and are extra careful not to cross contaminate if it’s an allergy (for me it’s an allergy). Everything is delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Classic Italian
