Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I have ordered Jersey Mike’s online and felt okay (not great) after eating the sub. However, I went in yesterday and informed them that I had Celiac. While they changed their gloves, they used toppings from the same line as non- gluten free items despite having a separate line in the back (for what I am assuming to be for allergies). They also used the same knife to put Mayo on my sandwich as they used for non-gluten free subs. Safe to say I was not taking a chance and skipped eating the sandwich. There is a lot of cross contamination present and I would be very careful eating here if you have Celiac Disease!
