They were very careful, changing gloves, cleaning the counters, using a different knife and new toppings. It was really nice to see them genuinely care! Plus, the sun was delicious. I didn’t toast mine, but the other gf person (non celiac) I was with did, and they cleaned the grill but I don’t trust that as much. She felt fine though!

I'm so grateful for how carefully they treat my order. They used to clean the counters down but now they make mine on another counter, on the paper wrap. They got My toppings from new containers, and Mayo from a squirt bottle. The gluten-free sub is very big and tasty.

My wife and I recently visited the alpine store. The people working didn’t have a clue how to make things safe. They used the same meat slicer (which was next to the prep area and covered in bread crumbs) and used veggies from a common container which they had been sticking their hands in for the previous (normal bread) orders before ours. They did use a different container for condiments, but at that point why bother. My wife being celiac ended up giving me her sub for lunch the next day. We ended up across the street at outback where she had a safe steak dinner. We have heard great reviews about jerseys and look forward to trying a different location. Hopefully with better results.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
