Every time I go into a Jersey Mike’s, they are always super attentive to ask whether to make it on a separate surface. The gluten free subs they use are from Udi’s, they’re reputable Celiac Foundation brand. One of the safest chains for Celiacs, but the risk is still there bc not every employee is individually aware of how severe cross-contamination is for Celiacs.
