Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I was recently diagnosed as having a wheat allergy so this was my first experience having a sandwich. When I ordered the sandwich artist wiped down the station, changed gloves, used a separate knife, added extra layers of wrap. They discreetly cautioned everyone along the prep line that it was a gluten free order. All 3 of the preppers changed gloves & the last step was yet again another clean wrapper. Very thrilled with the experience. It was comforting to watch the process. Highly recommend 👌
