This was my first trip to this location (it opened in the last year). I first asked about “gluten allergy” protocols, seeing they had a gluten-free poster on the wall above what appeared to be a separate prep area but they were busy and had a trainee making regular sandwiches on it. The staff told me they do have protocol: to change gloves, wipe the counter, and use gluten free bread. I asked if the sandwiches would be prepared in a dedicated area and she said no, they’d be prepared on the same counter using the same toppings. Given how many non-GF sandwiches were being made there, I didn’t feel like this was celiac safe and left empty handed.

I love this place. It's not often we can go and literally watch them make our food, and they always wipe everything down, along with using a paper underneath the sandwich so it's not made on the surface the regular bread is. It's been my go-to and I've never gotten sick.

The Manager and Staff are awesome 🤩 They are so kind and clean everything when making my GF sub.
I bought an Italian 8 inch GF hero. The inside of the bread crumbled like dust. It was soooooo bad. I was with friends, so I ate the coldcuts and didn't say anything. I don’t know how they had the nerve to serve that to a customer. I will not go back. 😒

Absolutely love that they are actually gluten friendly here! I told the worker it was an allergy and she cleaned the entire area and machine before working on my sandwich and used different equipment which I appreciate. They even had Udis snickerdoodle cookies available!

After eating at a safe Jersey Mikes I trusted another one, but this one must have not cleaned equipment despite me listing it was due to allergy because I had a flair up. I definitely no longer trust this location
