Got delivery. The bowl (instead of bread) option worked well. I might go with that from now on- simpler, cheaper, meats are great, less calories anyway. Food was fine.

I asked for gluten free. They asked if I had an allergy. That's usually a good sign that extra efforts may be taken. Food worked out with no problems. They had gluten free cookies too.

They take cross contamination very seriously - the gluten free bread is wrapped separately, they clean the meat slicer, change gloves, have a separate station for us, etc. The employee I spoke with is very familiar with celiac disease and explained their procedures to me which put me at complete ease.
The food isn't a gourmet meal, the bread is a bit dry and crumbly, it's overpriced even before the gluten free bread upcharge of $2.50. But if you're looking for a quick meal, I'm glad there are fast food chains like this we can trust in a pinch.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
