Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Staff extremely knowledgeable and informed about GF practices. Made everyone’s sandwich before mine. The gal who made mine changed gloves, used separate mayo and lettuce, cleaned the slicer, and used a wrapper separate from the one my sandwich was prepared on. Awesome to know there are places that take such care when preparing food for Celiacs!
