Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Mike's is now offering subs using Udi sub rolls. I went to the Juanita location today to check it out. They have a designated area for bread, meats, cheese, and condiments to avoid cross-contamination. However, the lettuce, tomato, and onion is added from the main area. There is a risk of cross-contamination here, but I expect they would make every effort to make accommodations if this is a concern for you. The regular sub with Udi's bread is very hearty, I could not finish mine. I'll check on getting a mini next time. The meats and ingredients are fresh, tasty, and make for an excellent sandwich.
