Review of Jewel's Bakery & Cafe

Hot Nashville-style crispy chicken sandwich was very tasty (got it between a warm waffle bun, it was a bit soft for my liking though not soggy which was a plus since it made it easier to eat all components together with your hands as a sandwich should be). Definitely worth a visit & try. Also, had the “tempura” cauliflower appetizer, coating was good but lacked flavor & a bit bland. My non-GF friend enjoyed her peach scone though my blackberry scone was too mushy. Their peanut butter cookie was fantastic (chewy, sweet, salty & PB heaven)! I do want to try other menu items. Prices were as expected as far GF dedicated establishments go. Super easy to find, ample parking & overall service was very good. They ran out of some baked items but the kitchen & staff were prompt to alert you as well as make a fresh batch which was great!
