Vacationing in Scottsdale and drove here for brunch on a Saturday. Was able to get a table outside at noon with no wait, so big points there to start.

The cheese curds were amazing. Wisconsin-worthy for sure. Huge portion and very very stretchy and gooey. Never thought I’d have these again so was very excited. The tots were also delicious.

We shared the pancakes (a miss, they were not fully cooked through), the chicken fingers and fries (quite good), the carnitas breakfast burrito (really good) and the waffles (the star of the show). The waffles were excellent and the non-GF people in my group agreed they could not tell the difference. The syrup here is almost like maple mixed with powdered sugar. It looked odd but tasted so delicious that my 10yo was wiping the container clean with her finger. :)

If you are GF and want to be able to dine without worrying about a million safety questions or getting sick, it is worth the drive from anywhere in the metro area. It’s also close-ish to the airport if you’re looking for an option pre or post flight.

They have a bakery case with delicious-looking cupcakes, cookies and brownies but unfortunately didn’t grab anything as we were stuffed. But will be making a return trip before we go back home.
