My waitress was super friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The menu was clearly marked as to gf items. The brisket was excellent! Collard greens were tender and flavorful and the coleslaw was crisp and not overly wet. My food was served almost immediately after ordering. I’d definitely go back if I’m in Birmingham again.

The waitress was super nice and made it very clear to the kitchen that I had a gluten allergy. She even said she felt bad I couldn't enjoy the cheese biscuits, lol. So they know what's going on here :)

The staff were really helpful and kind! All of the meat is celiac safe :) it was so amazingly yummy! I had no problems.
