Review of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

I recently visited Pigeon Forge and decided to try Margaritaville. We ended up going twice during our trip. Our waitress was very nice and seemed to know about the importance of Gluten free food. I had the cheeseburger in Paradise and never got sick. Except for eating too much. Our second visit was a little different. Our waiter was nice and seemed to know a little about gluten free but he told me that someone would come and talk to me. What I am guessing to be the kitchen manager or someone along those lines came out and said, "so we have a gluten allergy / someone with Celiac Disease over here?" I said yes. he said " well you have no need to worry, just sit back and relax and we will take care of you. I will personally bring your food to you." i said thank you and we waited for our food. the food came out great and once again I didn't get sick other than eating too much. I plan to return during my next trip.
