Review of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

Pleasantly surprised by the level of care taken with my food once I mentioned I have Celiac. I spoke with the manager who brought out their chef to detail how things are handled in the kitchen. Had the catch of the day (salmon), which was delicious!
