As a celiac vegetarian, it's hard to find options on most meat-based GF menus. Margaritaville is similar, but the server allowed me to get the chili on the side of my nachos so my boyfriend could have it instead. The nachos were great, and HUGE, and apparently safe from cross contamination! I really appreciated that the bartender was cautious when I ordered my drink, as he wasn't sure the watermelon flavoring was GF. The only hiccup was when our food was delivered all together – the server ended up dropping a crouton from my boyfriend's salad into the edge of the serving plate my food was on. I saw it immediately and removed it before it could touch my food, but it would have been a nightmare had it fallen into the actual food. I know the restaurant is busy, but this is why it's helpful to have a second server or manager deliver allergy-prepped food!
