Small selection available. Great nachos
I am severely allergic to gluten and they made sure all my food touched nothing that contained gluten. They have a different fryer for anyone with a gluten allergy
Gf buns and fries. Overall what you would expect at a chain. It’s a solid bet that makes it easy for those with Celiac.
Nachos are amazing. My family shared them as an appetizer. (I've also ordered in the past as my meal!) I also got the grilled chicken sandwich on gf bun (was good) and yummy French fries. So nice to be able to eat fries at a restaurant!
Not gf and vegetarian friendly. Two year ago it was and now is a major letdown. Called ahead and we were told the veggie patty was gf, asked the host on arrival and were told veggie patty was gf, server was nice but not knowledgeable of gf. They screwed up our nachos twice. They told us the veggie patty was NOT gf as they delivered all the other meals. Of the five items our table ordered 4 were incorrect. Complete waste of time to go here.
Best food and service in Myrtle Beach! Menu is easy to navigate and their GF buns are delicious.
Totally disappointing. Ridiculous wait. Absolutely stiflingly hot with zero air movement in the restaurant. The food itself came after another ridiculously long wait and it was barely even warm. It wasn't even that busy. Pick another location for your dinner.
In general: the food was okay. I spoke with a manager and decided on the gluten free burger on Udi's bread and apple slices without the caramel (because we couldn't veridy if it was gluten free). My child had a gluten reaction to something. milk? lettuce? tomato? beef patty? Who knows...? *I did call to let them know what happened and they did promise to figure out the glitch so future patrons will be safe.
I had the gluten free burger. I was really excited to see that they had the gluten free bun. The bun was dry and soaked up all the sauce. I'm allergic to gluten, had no allergic reaction. The burger was good just dry.
Bummed. We've had great experiences at the one in Universal Studios Orlando but this one was a disappointment. We'd previewed the online menu to get an idea of our order only to find they had a "brand-new menu!" The fact that their gf dishes are designated with a tiny wheat shaft is probably pretty telling. Oh well. Proceed with caution.
I had the chicken sandwich and French fries. They use Udi's buns for the bread and they also have a dedicated fryer. They also said they have a separate kitchen area where they prep all of the gluten free food. The waitress was very knowledgable and very kind in answering in questions I had! The food was wonderful and I no sickness 😍😍
Had the taco salad from the gf menu and got sick. Don't think the chips are gluten free. I felt my stomach swell up immediately.
Fantastic chicken sandwich and fries! Great staff. Didn't get sick.
As a celiac vegetarian, it's hard to find options on most meat-based GF menus. Margaritaville is similar, but the server allowed me to get the chili on the side of my nachos so my boyfriend could have it instead. The nachos were great, and HUGE, and apparently safe from cross contamination! I really appreciated that the bartender was cautious when I ordered my drink, as he wasn't sure the watermelon flavoring was GF. The only hiccup was when our food was delivered all together – the server ended up dropping a crouton from my boyfriend's salad into the edge of the serving plate my food was on. I saw it immediately and removed it before it could touch my food, but it would have been a nightmare had it fallen into the actual food. I know the restaurant is busy, but this is why it's helpful to have a second server or manager deliver allergy-prepped food!
Had lunch here today. Had an entire menu which was GF! Including appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and dessert. YAY!!
Worth the wait, worth the price!! Knowledgeable wait staff and excellent GF options hard to find elsewhere.
it's not there. .. can't help ya.
Excellent burger and fries. It was loud and noisy and we had a fabulous time. Great burger/bun. Knowledgable staff. Would certainly go back
Great GF menu includes brownie sundae for dessert. Yum! GF burgers with buns (remind them to microwave the bun). Lots of choices on menu. Try the volcano nachos. Enough for 4 people to share. Great, fun atmosphere but noisy. (Hurricane goes off every hour- too funny). Always crowded. Call 2-3 days in advance and get priority seating.
good gluten free buns, brownie with ice cream for desert. my favorite vacation eatery
The Best experience always! Great place for Celiacs!
There is a separate gluten free menu. The shrimp and nacho appetizers are delicious!! The shrimp dish comes with gf bread. The nachos are very flavorful. I highly recommend this place!!
Too busy! 2 hour waits!
good food. fine choices. fun atmosphere. go and enjoy!
Love this place. No worries for contamination here :)
Great GF place. Tim was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. he said they use Udi buns and have a dedicated fryer. My kids ate off the kids menu which is rare. One got the hamburger with a GF bun and the other ordered the fried fish which they were able to sub for some grilled fish! their servings were huge. Even had sweet potato fries. I had this amazing fish sandwich with slaw. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for GF dining.
Very accommodating separate food preparing station. Excellent food. Great atmosphere.
I can not say enough great things about this place. Cheeseburger in Paradise is my favorite burger and the GF drunken shrimp app is amazing. It is definitely worth the wait.
Pretty decent gluten free menu. Long wait but if you ask to sit on the patio it will be quick. At least for us it was. Nachos! French fries! And gf buns!
Eat here every time we visit Myrtle Beach. Good burger and gf buns. Staff knowledgeable
VERY LONG WAIT to be seated & VERY LONG WAIT for our food to come. The food was good. Huge portions. No issues for my child with celiacs. The staff was knowledgable.
GF burger and fries were great. VERY disappointed they no longer have the GF dessert I remembered from last time though it is still on menu. Server didn't tell me until He brought all the non GF desserts and I had to watch others enjoy their desserts with no GF options.
My daughter was excited they had gf buns available! GF menu had a good number of options on it. They have a separate fryer they use and our waitress was very well informed. My daughter ended up getting the gf cheeseburger and sweet potato fries, she loved both!
Food was okay (my husband felt the same about his non-GF meal). They do have a larger GF menu and staff is knowledgeable, but I would say this is somewhere you go more for the experience than the food. Our service was extremely slow as well.
My daughter ordered GF nachos. What she received would have fed our table of 5! They were ok but nothing special....which is how everyone at the table felt about their food. Cool restaurant and we had a great server......I would go back for the atmoshpere but not the overpriced just ok food. They did have a GF menu with a number of options available.
The GF Bun was excellent, everything else was ok. This place is more about the entertainment and the experience than it is for the food. it was very kid friendly, but he service was slow and inattentive.
My gluten free food was great. Got a chicken sandwich with bacon and fries. They have a dedicated frier and separate area for prep. Bad thing is it took forever to get our order, just shy of an hour.
they did have gluten free options, but the staff didn't really seem knowledgeable. confidence was low. food was OK, but a little bland. there are better options.
The best GF buns in the restaurant industry. My server, Tim, went out of his way to make sure my order was correct and let me know that they had a dedicated fryer for GF customers. Up until then, I hadn't had a hamburger on a bun since being diagnosed with celiac's, let alone a delicious one! Also, no additional charge for the GF menu.
Had a gluten free menu with a handful of options. I tried the volcano nachos (which was truly enough did for 3 people) and the chicken sandwich. They were good.
Great restaurant for gluten free. Dedicated menu. Chef personally came to me to explain how the minimize cross contamination, dedicated gf fryers for fries, and they had a gf bun! I had the blackened tilapia gf sandwich. Very good. Bun was slightly dry, but the tartar sauce gave it the extra moisture it needed. GF nachos were amazing! Very friendly and perfect for families. Super margaritas. They had two that are gf (I had the mango frozen one and it was delicious!) and they also had angry orchard and redbridge for gf cider and beer.
I had amazing tilapia and I had a gluten free brownie for dessert. I would go here again. They knew how to handle gluten-issues and the food was very good.
Staff very knowledgable, the waiter zach knows his stuff. Would recommend asking for him. Had the blackened catch of the day which was wonderful!!! Was so nice to enjoy a meal with no worries.
Great options! The guac was really fresh and the jerk salmon was delicious!
Went for dinner and got the cheddar BBQ turkey burger with a gluten free bun and it was delicious! the waiter knew right away to tell me that the fries are in a dedicated fryer! And went again for breakfast and the waitress was very accommodating and helped out with making an eggs Benedict gluten free!
Gluten free options are clearly marked on their menu. The server was knowledgeable with the gf menu items. I had the catch of the day which was salmon, served over rice with mango salsa and broccoli. It was delicious and very generous portions.
So pleased to hear one of the first two questions asked by our waiter, was if anyone had food allergies! I explained I had celiac disease and he totally understood and rang in my food as Gluten Allergy. I had the cheeseburger in paradise and the bun was the best GF bread I’ve had! Also great to know they have a dedicated fryer! Had no reaction!
They are all awesome!! Food was great! We always get the volcano nachos with grilled chicken!! Justin G was an outstanding server! Have a gluten allergy, he was knowledgeable, and explained process. A manager brought our food out!! We have never gotten sick from cross contamination here!!! Always our go to while in PCB!! ❤
The worst dining experience I have ever had! The restaurant was dirty and run down. The hallway to the bathrooms had vomit and according to my husband, the men’s room was covered in vomit. (No vomit in women’s room but it was dirty and smelly.) 3 of our plates came out wrong so we sent them back—1 had a regular bun and 2 had cheese (my kids have dairy allergy too). Then one still came out wrong the 3rd time! The waitress said the kitchen was full of Haitians that don’t speak English so that did not make me feel safe. Then the manager came out to ask (in an accusing way) why we were sending food back instead of apologizing to us. Then when the bill came, all those extra meals were listed with a lump some subtracted at the bottom which was very confusing. I still think we were overcharged, but we were about to miss the sunset, so we paid it. I cannot believe Jimmy Buffett would allow his name on this dump! They don’t even deserve 1 star!
I would not recommend this for celiacs. They do not have a dedicated flyer. My daughter asked for the Asian salad which is marked gluten free and the waiter told me they use regular soy sauce. She ended up ordering the taco salad without the tortilla strips (which contain gluten) and it tested negative for gluten on our Nima.
great! chef came out and explained precautions. gluten free fries - separate fryer. a bit pricy but fun atmosphere.
We ate there twice during our week in Pigeon Forge. Both times the chef came to our table to discuss the order and assured us that they take Celiac very seriously. We felt very confident in eating there and did not experience any problems. Gluten-free items are marked on the menu.
I ate here twice on my recent vacation. One dinner, I had a grilled grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. The other time I had a blackened grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. Both times the waitresses were attentive and rung in my order as an allergy. They told me it would take longer for our food since the chefs would change gloves and utensils. We did have to wait a little longer for our food, but it was well worth the wait.
I asked the hostess when we walked in if they had a gluten free menu and she showed me on the regular menu that everything that has a picture with a wheat symbol is gluten free. She was knowledgeable. Our waitress was new and if she wasn’t quite sure of an answer she would go check and come back and let me know. They took it very serious even on an extremely busy Friday night that I have celiac.
The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. The menu has a little gf next to it if the item is gluten free. All burgers can be made gf with a gf bun and fries are good as well!! Best burger place ever!!
They didn’t have gluten free buns for hamburgers and I was told it was not a dedicated fryer so I just had the nachos. I didn’t get sick and considering gluten free seems to be non existent here unless you eat somewhere expensive, I’m happy!
My family of 4, with our 2 celiac children, came here to eat lunch before a movie based on the reviews on this app. It was early, not very busy. I asked for a gluten-free menu at host stand, they told me all items were marked on regular menu. While placing our order I informed server that my children have Celiac Disease. I asked her about fryer for French Fries, she took Ltd me that the fryer was gluten free. I ordered my kids a Paradise burger on a gf bun with fries. I repeated gluten free at least 3x. After about 30 mins of waiting she told us she would check on order. At 40 mins since entering the restaurant our food was brought to our table. I could instantly tell that it was not a gluten free bun. I asked, he checked the order and said there was no note for gf bun. We left, despite the fact that I didn’t want my food anymore either, they wouldn’t take it off bill. They removed my children’s meal and boxed my meal and my husband’s. I would give 1 star except: I appreciated that the food runner told me the truth (although he did ask if I still wanted to give it to them) and they did have many options on the menu. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We won’t be back.
Wow amazing. The chef cane out to explain they change gloves, prep my stuff with new cutting board and knives and that the fries were in a dedicated fryer. He assured me they take this seriously and as I celiac I did not have to worry. No worries here and amazing food especially the fries!!!! Ps if you stay at the margaritaville hotel you can get GF room service from this restaurant. Woo hoo
seemed very knowledgable and accommodating. I had the chicken sandwich. the waiter went and double checked with the chef that they were using a dedicated fryer for their french fries. He confirmed that they were (but this suggests that it nay not always be the case so double check before ordering).
not too impressive. The gluten free bun was hard. the kids meals are $10 even to feed a 1 year old. so instead of me ordering what I wanted I had to order what my grandson could eat. (we are both gf but he can't have beef) They brought my burger out with a regular bun. so then we had to make a 1 year old wait for a whole new meal to be made AFTER waiting 45 minutes for the wrong meal to arrive.
Very nice place. We ate here after a nice day at Universal Studios. Found it on the app and got good reviews. Waitress was awesome. First thing asked for GF menu and she gave it to us and immediately offered to have the chef talk to us. Amazing! Good selections from grouper or chicken sandwich to steak and burgers with GF buns. Had the chicken and beef kabob with rice with a Margarita of course which was also GF. Had the GF brownie and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Nice presentation given the simple ingredients. Staff great. Will definitely go back. A+
Great food. Lots of options clearly listed. They get pretty busy but we love the food and the choices. Nachos and burgers were great.
I was at Universal Studios Orlando this past week and ate at Margaritaville. I ate the Bacon Cheese Burger w/ fries. I thought it was delicious! The burger came with a gluten free bun. I am highly sensitive to gluten and I did not get sick at all. I wanted to get the gluten free dessert brownie (since it's hard to find GF desserts) but I was so full from my yummy burger, I didn't get it. The server was helpful and there were several GF options to choose from. I would eat there again.
Ate at this location for the first time but had eaten at another in the past. Had cheeseburger and fries. Was quite good. Didn’t care for the cheese because it was the salty American type. Server told me they cook in separate area and fries separate too. Felt quite safe here. Would come again.
The paradise margarita is fresh squeezed, so no prob with any gluten mixes. We had the volcano nachos and split the bison burger and fries. Lots of options, menu is clearly marked and food was delicious. Sides are not marked but waitress assured me the fryer was designated for fries only.
nachos and margaritas....Gregory made sure everything was perfect in my drink because i had no reaction.
We ate here because of the excellent reviews. My daughter has celiac and is extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I told our waitress who brought up the sous chef who seemed knowledgeable. They have a gluten-free and vegetarian menu but do not have any vegetarian options on the gluten-free menu. She does not really eat meat so ended up having a nacho platter. She had some of my french fries that were prepared in a dedicated fryer. Also had some of the gluten-free brownie sundae which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately she did get sick. I cannot think of another food item she had that day that may have been the trigger so I suspect it was the dinner. I have the gluten-free burger with fries which was a decent burger with a gluten-free bun and great fries. My husband enjoyed the grilled grouper sandwich also gluten-free. The only thing I could think of is maybe the shredded cheese was cross contaminated sometimes there’s a cellulose product on the shredded cheese that is not listed in the ingredients we have a problem with that in the store sometimes.
Gluten free buns and super yummy dedicated fryer fries but the buns were not ideal. I've had many that were way tastier. I couldn't drink my Margarita bc it was way way too strong. My husband even had a hard time and you couldn't taste any flavors in them. Waitress was average. Very expensive for mediocre food and average service.
