Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.

No gluten free menu. Talked to three people and finally showed them a picture of the gluten free menu online and they said “yeah we don’t have that here.” No gluten free options besides salad. No dessert.

The waitress we had seemed very uncertain about everything and I couldn’t get a straight answer except that the Burger and fries was the safer choice so I went wire that and I was fine. It’s nice to be able to have fries. They didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked so it was pretty sad and dry. I would’ve liked other options but they really couldn’t confirm cross contamination of nachos, etc.

Proceed with caution ! I ordered the gluten free cheeseburger in paradise & gluten-free fries. Burger was good however I did receive fries with seasoning on them. Which isn't gluten free.

The food was safe… but it wasn’t good? I have a shellfish & gluten allergy and while I could eat everything I ordered (fries & chicken sandwich cooked in foil to avoid CC from shrimp on the flattop) it was very mediocre at best. I would have preferred no bun over what they gave me.
Hard rock was way better food & atmosphere - I’d recommend there!

Menu has little wheat symbols for options, pretty limited. I got a salad with grilled chicken on it, it was just ok. Wait was over an hour even though it wasn’t super crowded. Just an average meal but a good option to have!

The menu was marked with a little wheat sign to let you know it was able to be made without gluten. There wasn’t too much to pick from but they were on point with making sure it was gluten free. I had a southwestern salad which was delicious!

This is a must go whenever we are on vacation in Myrtle beach. After the waiter takes your order, The manager comes out and verifies it. He makes a tag to give to the kitchen that lets them know it’s an allergy and to change gloves, etc. The gluten free orders come out with a separate person. Never have had an issue after eating. Decent selection and dedicated fryer! Only think is it was a 1.5 hour wait on a Tuesday at 4:00. So put your name is first and then go and visit all the shops!

My husband and I went last night and decided to share the nachos and a gluten free burger. I had eaten 1/4 of the burger and decided to ask if it was really gluten free. It wasn’t! And they “were sorry”. Ugh!!

Fun atmosphere and great food. Not as many GF options as we hoped, but our son thoroughly enjoyed his grilled fish and rice. Would eat here again!

Went in the off season, so not busy...with that said I had a cheeseburger on gf bun and fries (from the dedicated fryer). Both were very good. Not a lot of fries. Server must have been new as they asked a more knowledgeable server for assistance but I was glad for the extra assurance! Did not get sick, burger was good.
Yes
Our server was very helpful, the manager came out to officially take our order and deliver our food, and we had no gluten issues during our visit. My boyfriend is celiac and was able to enjoy his meal without incident. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food (both gf and non-gf) and we also had some amazing drinks!

My 12 year old daughter received full on gluten at this restaurant not just contamination. The taco salad which was requested "Gluten Free Modified" contained tortilla strips with wheat (they were not supposed to be added to the salad)! She was sick for a full 24 hours. The manager and her staff could have cared less about the incident when it was brought to their attention. Their excuse, it was busy and we didn't call a manager (none were available at the time)!! Please don't eat here. I would hate for anyone to get sick. :-(

The place never let's me down. Waitress well aware of gluten allergy and the new menu points out GF options with a wheat symbol vs having a separate menu. Had the burger on GF bun with fries. Fries are cooked in separate fryer. The waitress even came back and alerted my wife who got the veggie burger if she was ok with gluten since I ordered a GF entre a she said she was fine with gluten. The veggie burger is apparently not GF for those that may not know. Anyway, great meal, environment and staff. Always love eating here, the one in Orlando is great too!
The menu was clearly marked and our waiter was very knowledgeable.
I had the burger with a GF bun and sweet potato fries and a daiquiri. 10/10 recommend. Very delicious!!! My waiter was very helpful with my allergy needs.
Super friendly staff. Our waiter, Wesley, was great. As soon as I told him I was celiac, he called the manager out to our table. She went over everything, explaining how they have a dedicated frier and space. The condiments for their burgers are all squeeze bottles so no cross-contamination there! I am so thankful they care so much.

The waiter took our order who then got the manager to confirm our order and discuss the food preparation. Everything tasted wonderful. I appreciated the extra time and care that the staff took to ensure my son's safety.

Small selection available. Great nachos
I am severely allergic to gluten and they made sure all my food touched nothing that contained gluten. They have a different fryer for anyone with a gluten allergy

Gf buns and fries. Overall what you would expect at a chain. It’s a solid bet that makes it easy for those with Celiac.

Nachos are amazing. My family shared them as an appetizer. (I've also ordered in the past as my meal!) I also got the grilled chicken sandwich on gf bun (was good) and yummy French fries. So nice to be able to eat fries at a restaurant!
Yes
Not gf and vegetarian friendly. Two year ago it was and now is a major letdown. Called ahead and we were told the veggie patty was gf, asked the host on arrival and were told veggie patty was gf, server was nice but not knowledgeable of gf. They screwed up our nachos twice. They told us the veggie patty was NOT gf as they delivered all the other meals. Of the five items our table ordered 4 were incorrect. Complete waste of time to go here.
Best food and service in Myrtle Beach! Menu is easy to navigate and their GF buns are delicious.
Yes
Totally disappointing. Ridiculous wait. Absolutely stiflingly hot with zero air movement in the restaurant. The food itself came after another ridiculously long wait and it was barely even warm. It wasn't even that busy. Pick another location for your dinner.

In general: the food was okay. I spoke with a manager and decided on the gluten free burger on Udi's bread and apple slices without the caramel (because we couldn't veridy if it was gluten free). My child had a gluten reaction to something. milk? lettuce? tomato? beef patty? Who knows...? *I did call to let them know what happened and they did promise to figure out the glitch so future patrons will be safe.
No
I had the gluten free burger. I was really excited to see that they had the gluten free bun. The bun was dry and soaked up all the sauce. I'm allergic to gluten, had no allergic reaction. The burger was good just dry.
Bummed. We've had great experiences at the one in Universal Studios Orlando but this one was a disappointment. We'd previewed the online menu to get an idea of our order only to find they had a "brand-new menu!" The fact that their gf dishes are designated with a tiny wheat shaft is probably pretty telling. Oh well. Proceed with caution.
I had the chicken sandwich and French fries. They use Udi's buns for the bread and they also have a dedicated fryer. They also said they have a separate kitchen area where they prep all of the gluten free food. The waitress was very knowledgable and very kind in answering in questions I had! The food was wonderful and I no sickness 😍😍
Yes
Had the taco salad from the gf menu and got sick. Don't think the chips are gluten free. I felt my stomach swell up immediately.
Fantastic chicken sandwich and fries! Great staff. Didn't get sick.
Yes
The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.
We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

BEWARE! I got glutened and I asked the server to communicate my need and ordered a labeled item. Bun was GF but either that or the fries was not okay. Had symptoms before I got home.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Had a bunless burger (they do have GF buns but I just prefer it without) Waitress informed me the fries were gluten free and have a dedicated fryer. I did have a reaction to something. The fries did have seasoning on them. All plates came out the same and at the same time making me nervous from the start.
