I love Jimmy Johns in general but this is the worst one I have ever been to as far as the staff/management goes. At first it was based on how fake I felt the management was, but I understand that alone is not justification for a negative review or to stop going. What sealed the deal was finding out the management trains the employees to automatically up-sale your order without asking. I've worked in places like this in college and this is a very unethical business practice. When I expressed my concern with the practice their was response was "well, we do that because it's only 20 cents more for a large and we feel like we are ripping people off if we don't give them the large size." You be the judge of that one. They also told me they would stop doing this and I went in two other times and saw the exact same thing. It's a shame it wasn't resolved because I enjoy eating there for lunch. They no longer have my business.
Best Unwich I have ever had. I wish there was a Jimmy John's closer to me.
At Jimmy John's, there is an option to receive your sandwich in a lettuce roll instead of bread. All the other ingredients should be gluten free. There seems to always be someone, although maybe not everyone, that is knowledgeable and willing to assist with the gluten free orders.
Jimmy John's does not have gluten free bread for sandwiches, but you can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce called an "unwich"
They do an unwich. You can have most of the sandwiches in a lettuce wrap. The Tuna is not GF.

Jimmy Johns is great they offer the sandwiches as lettuce wraps and they have great options. My fiancé with a gluten intolerance loves their tuna salad sandwich as an unwich, he hasn’t had a problem with it. If you have celiacs then I would probably question the staff about their cross contamination precautions.

I made the staff aware that I have celiac disease and they changed their gloves and set new papers along the counter; as well as, they got new topping containers from under the counter of all the toppings I wanted.

Most (maybe all?) of their unwhiches (lettuce wraps) are gluten free and very good! There is, of course, some risk of cross contamination, but having eaten there several times, I have never had a problem.
Everything is safe except for cheese, bread, barbecue chips, vinegar and salt chips, and maybe the ranch because they make it in house? I won't eat it. The meat is fine the vegetables are fine mayonnaise mustard vinegar oil oregano all of that I've tested with my name a sensor several times after unwitch is delivered and it's perfect. I really like the potato chips too!
