I ate at this location on 9/15/23 and had unwich,which is a sandwich made with lettuce and no bread , the staff was great,changed her gloves and took extra precautions for me

— Excellent

I told the employee i had a gluten allergy, and asked if they could change gloves to avoid cross contamination. He said yes, and i paid for my food. Nobody changed gloves. the guy was working with other subs and grabbed my lettuce wrap and pickle and cross contaminated everything. Needless to say i threw away my food, didn’t even risk getting sick. Go to Jersey mikes down the road.

Jimmy John’s has added salads to the menu so we went here for my very sensitive celiac daughter. They did a great job. New knives, new gloves, and a clean new cutting board.
