Let me start by saying any Jimmy John’s I go to I never get sick when I order their unwich ! The unwich is their only gluten free sandwich and I DO NOT miss the bread it is lettuce wrapped and seriously delicious I would suggest adding their oil and vinegar and some Italian seasoning they have makes the lettuce tastier ! They also have a gluten free potato salad and list everything on their app and website including any allergens and gluten !

Jimmy John's does not have gluten free bread for sandwiches, but you can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce called an 'unwich'

They do an excellent job at this location. Good GF protocol for the lettuce wrap sandwiches. They accommodate with new utensils (for mayo), new gloves, fresh surface to cut on, new tomatoes. Have been here many times.
We went for lunch and were informed that they can not accommodate GF. I was very grateful for their honesty!
I love Jimmy John Unwiches. Frequently, lettuce wraps just fall apart on me but jimmy John’s do not. They are large prices of lettuce and well rolled.
They unfortunately don’t offer gf sandwich buns, but do offer all Sandwiches as lettuce wraps. Without having to ask, they offered to switch gloves and use a clean/ fresh work station and utensils.
No GF bread options at any JJs locations... they offered a lettuce wrap instead. It was really awful. This was my favorite sub shop so pretty bummed.
