Love their unwich (lettuce wrap) - they also wrap it up nicely so you can simply peel back the paper as you eat to avoid mess. Great way to satisfy my sub craving! They also have a GF chip option
When I asked if there was gf options I was looked at if I had lobsters crawling out of my ears! The manager said the meet SHOULD be gf. They could do an u with but its prepared on the same surface and with the meat that SHOULD be gf..... I could see cross contamination would be a huge issue. It's all prepared in same place where bread is touching. I didn't take the chance and left!
No
Unwich tuna lettuce wrap was yummy.
Yes
Jimmy John's does not have gluten free bread for sandwiches, but you can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce called an "unwich"
I adore the unwich! I usually get the club lulu and add shredded lettuce, onion cucumber, oil and vinegar! I did get the provolone cheese once and got sick ( different location) so steer clear of the provolone cheese! Anyways, they always do a phenomenal job of avoiding cross contamination.

They do an unwich. You can have most of the sandwiches in a lettuce wrap. The Tuna is not GF.

Jimmy Johns is great they offer the sandwiches as lettuce wraps and they have great options. My fiancé with a gluten intolerance loves their tuna salad sandwich as an unwich, he hasn’t had a problem with it. If you have celiacs then I would probably question the staff about their cross contamination precautions.

I made the staff aware that I have celiac disease and they changed their gloves and set new papers along the counter; as well as, they got new topping containers from under the counter of all the toppings I wanted.

Most (maybe all?) of their unwhiches (lettuce wraps) are gluten free and very good! There is, of course, some risk of cross contamination, but having eaten there several times, I have never had a problem.
