any of the sandwich options as an “unwhich” on lettuce. very pricey tho. cost $7 for one sandwich nothing else; little meat.

The servers were cautious and washed their hands and changed gloves
We ordered a large office order, with me being the only celiac. My sandwich was wrapped separately with my name on it, and after placing the order I called the restaurant to ask them to change gloves and make mine separate. They knew exactly what I was talking about, and I did not have any reaction from lunch.
You can get any sandwich made as a lettuce wrap (called an “Unwich”). Cross contamination is an issue as this is a chain restaurant.
You can get a sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead of bread.
Don’t get the tuna; it has gluten in it!!! I do like their lettuce wraps, depending on which shop you go to, the staff needs to be made aware that they need to change gloves and not handle other orders while they are making yours. Stay vigilant people!
