No gf menu, but accommodating. There was one seasoned waitress that was very knowledgeable. There is one griddle that's safe for gf eggs and omelets. There were a few sides that were gf too (cottage cheese, yogurt, etc). Didn't get sick and I am very sensitive.

Based on previous reviews, I thought I’d be able to eat here. I asked the waitress and she was unsure, so she went and asked the manager. She came back and said they are not gluten free and I cannot eat anything. I explained how they could cook eggs, meat, etc. on a safe area of the grill, and they basically said they don’t want to accommodate. So I sat and watched my friends eat and then went to eat elsewhere by myself.

One of our regular breakfast spots. As mentioned by another poster the pancakes and other gluten items are on a separate griddle from the eggs and potatoes. I do well with an omelet or skillet, and sub in fruit or cottage cheese for the bread item.

The skillets can be made gluten free. My husband is gluten sensitive and has never had a problem.

Jimmy's typically has a three flat-top setup: one for eggs, one for potatoes, and one for pancakes/French toast. Check at your local spot, but we've been to several, and they all do this. There are lots of omelets and breakfast combos (eggs, meat, potatoes, bread). Just tell them you are gluten free, and they'll normally let you pick a fruit bowl. My son is highly sensitive to gluten, and we've never had a problem.

I called and asked the manager (who was very nice and helpful) what I could eat and gave her the rundown, and after explaining that I have celiac she said it would not be safe for me to eat there. I appreciate her honesty but obviously did not make a trip there based on her advice - not safe.

If you have celiac don't go here. There is not much you can get. Every thing is fixed on the same grill as pancakes and fries are fried in the same frier as breaded things. Won't be going back.

This location does not gluten free pancakes, waffle, or bread of any type. Eggs and hash browns were good but beyond that and fruit there is no other gluten free options.

The waitress pointed me to the lighter menu when asked about gluten free. Couldn't tell me if things were cooked separately or not. Digestive enzymes for all just in case 😔

When I asked my waitress what was gluten free, she said nothing. I was disappointed she didn't ask someone or put any effort in. So I just had to ask about every individual item I thought about ordering. They do have some options! I had the Baja omelet with fresh fruit and the low fat yogurt

I'm a highly sensitive Celiac who has eaten here at least 20 times (according to the loyalty app they offer) and never gotten sick. They do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but the staff is more than willing to answer questions about the kitchen. They have three separate flat-tops for pancakes/French toast, (gluten free) eggs and (gluten free) potatoes. Their meats are also gluten free and share cooking space with either the eggs or potatoes.

Although Jimmy's Egg does not have a gluten free menu, the waitress assured me that the eggs and meat were cooked separately from the pancakes. The waitress seemed knowledgeable about gluten intolerance.

Clifton park restaurant does not have gluten free options. one must work off the menu. They do not have a dedicated cook top. If celiac I suggest you try elsewhere.

Doesn't have a "gluten free" menu, but staff was very knowledgeable in pointing out what was basically gluten free. Also, let us know that a the basic gluten free items were kept away from the breads, pancakes etc. they use a separate flat top for the potatoes and veggies. Overall it was good, nice variety and I didn't get sick.

The waitress was very friendly and even showed us a company email on what was good to eat gluten free. They were aware of cross contamination and they cook meat, eggs, potatoes and pancakes on separate cook tops. So as long as you order the items they suggest for celiacs the chance of cross contamination is slim to none. We also asked them to change gloves and they were happy to do so. I have had no reaction to any of the food I ate. I had the meat lovers omelet a side of fresh fruit and a side of bacon.
