I called Jimmy's egg, to see if they do gluten free foods, the lady that I spoke to, didn't even know what gluten was, and I went ahead and ate there, and about 5 minutes after my mom and I left, I got sick to my stomach and got a really bad headache, I don't recommend eating here if you can't have gluten. They use the same spachla they use to flip pancakes and french toast. It's just not safe to eat here if you can't have gluten.
Although Jimmy's Egg does not have a gluten free menu, the waitress assured me that the eggs and meat were cooked separately from the pancakes. The waitress seemed knowledgeable about gluten intolerance.
They DO NOT offer anything GF. When asked if they could prepare eggs or bacon safely their answer was “No”. They did find a way to get me a bowl of fruit and cottage cheese. Luckily the waitress caught the cook that was making waffles before he contaminated my fruit bowl with his gloves.

I tried going here, but the waitress did not know what was GF. I tried asking questions, but her answers did not make me feel confident in eating there. Perhaps she was just not educated on what GF is/means. Hopefully other people have better luck!

They didn’t seem to know much about gluten free. I tired to pick foods that wouldn’t contain gluten but learned the hard way I wasn’t successful.

I have Celiac and I’ve never gotten sick from eating here. The staff is always fantastic about being careful with my allergy needs. I usually get a Farmer’s Skillet with fresh fruit.
