The owner has posted some very problematic statements about celiacs not being real (on Facebook). He posted that everything in his place is gluten free but when challenged he admitted not everything was. He is also nasty when called out.

— Poor

Owner believes people had no sensitivities to wheat before hybridization and that God created it. He advertises that his entire restaurant is gluten free, which is not actually the case. Owner believes that cooking bread “kills” the gluten. He pushes his views on others rather than ensuring a truly safe gluten free environment or properly educating himself on protocols needed for those with celiac disease.

Fantastic GF options here. Cooked fresh. Lamb is amazing. Owner is very knowledgeable in GF items. gf bread options as well. Order ahead of time if you plan to take to-go.
