Review of Jodi Bee Bakes

After being diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I was really sad because I figured I'd have a hard time finding restaurants. (I'm also a dairy-free pescetarian who mostly eats like a dairy-free vegetarian.) Jodi Bee's is just awesome! I haven't tried the GF baked goods yet, but I love getting lunch here with the gluten free bread. It's the only GF bread I like! If you're into savory sandwiches and have a savory tooth like me, definitely check out their cornmeal-encrusted tempeh selections. I love the buffalo sandwich with cashew based cheese and my fiance, a dairy eater, thought his buffalo mozzerella on his Caprese sandwich was real mozzerella and was stunned to find out that it was vegan mozz. I've never gotten sick eating here and the staff takes allergies and intolerances seriously. Love this place!
