Good variety of gluten free meals, dedicated fryer for fries, knowledgable servers and tasty food. Great for a family meal.

Was a bit apprehensive due to the previous mixed reviews. So we asked the restaurant host what their approach to gluten free was. He reassured us that the menu had GF options available and they could amend the menu. My wife ordered the tuna salad with fries ( after being assured that there was a dedicated fryer). The meal was nice and tasty with a great atmosphere as the sun was shining and it was very warm.

My experience at Joey’s was not good either. One of the the items marked gluten wise is butter chicken with naan bread, need I say more.
The staff were not knowlegable. Kept referring to my “allergy”. I ended up sick from eating here.

The server wasn’t very acknowledged about celiac/gluten free , I informed her I was celiac she brought me their Gluten Wise menu. Carefull it’s also a Vegetarian menu under the Gluten options. Their menu is very limited for celiac. When I order the Protein Style burger wrap in lettuce , she asked me if I wanted fries with it. I got excited. I ask if they have a different frier for celiac she said No it’s all fried in the same frier. I was disappointed after knowing I’m celiac to offered me fries , her knowing it’s all fried together and it’s cross-contamination. Because after she informed me in their kitchen cross-contamination can occur. I end up having a salad on the side . It was great meal but I wish their staff would be more informed about celiac versus gluten free

Hit the jackpot getting a celiac server! Whilst a few items on the menu are labelled GF, in reality very many more are, or can easily be adapted. Dedicated fryer

They have a section of the menu for gluten free items. I had the Indian dish with chicken. Instead of naan, they gave me some rice cracker type of item. The chicken was a bit too spicy for me but overall good. The waitstaff was well versed in gluten allergies and the hostess had celiac disease and talked me through her favorite items.

Very good food. Separate fryer. They have a few items in each part of the menuarked GF and they can make other items GF too, just ask. They do have a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu that they make other items in the same kitchen that have gluten. They do use GF utensils etc to prep the food. No problems with dinner. We had the GF butter chicken with rice and replaced naan with french fries. It was delicious. Also a the market salad and the milten chocolate cake. All very tasty.
