I ate lunch here while visiting from out of town. While our server didn't know much about the gluten free options or about celiac's, she was happy to talk to the kitchen staff (several times), and they seemed very informed. After consultation with the kitchen staff, she told me that their hot sandwiches were not grilled on shared equipment, but were prepared in a separate oven, and were not even cut in half to avoid any contamination with the knife/cutting boards. When asked about the french fries, the kitchen staff said they were cooked in shared oil, but they would be happy to prepare me specially-baked ones, though it would take about 1 hour. I decided to skip the fries in favor of another side, but appreciated the offer to accommodate my needs. I ate a delicious reuben sandwich with broccoli salad, and did not get sick afterwards. I also looked at their dinner menu, and all gluten-free options were clearly marked on the menu.
