Review of Johnny Sánchez

What wonderful service! My waiter,Carlos, was very helpful. I asked about the chips and a shared fryer. They do fry other things on the chip fryer so the cook heated fresh oil in a kettle and fried up some fresh chips just for me. They were delicious and warm when served. I really wanted fish tacos but they came breaded so the cook made some with grilled fish: wonderfully spiced and yummy. Who could ask for more?!?
