The food is delicious at Johnny Sanchez, but you have to put a lot of faith in the kitchen to know the intricacies of gluten. There is no GF menu. Most of the meats are marinated and many meals are served with broths, so who really knows. I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo. My waiter came back to the table and told me I needed to select another type of rice other than the type that came with the meal because it was coated in rice flour. I was confused and tried to tell him most rice flour is gluten free, but just changed my order. Maybe the chef thinks anything with the word "flour" means gluten? I didn't feel glutened after eating, but I didn't have a lot of confidence either.
