I like this place a lot. GF Pizza, manager is really nice. They have the typical Celiac disclaimer, but I'm a gambler and I haven't lost here. I just tell them I have an allergy, and they have said they try to take extra precautions. Good place.

While there is always a risk for cross-contamination, Beau, the owner, is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. He will go above and beyond to make sure it's as safe as possible. The gluten free crust comes in a pan from an outside family and they use pizza cutters special for the gluten free pizza.

Gluten free pizza crust. Was served on an extra pan which I assumed they used to cook in the pizza oven.
