Review of Joy Luck Bountiful

I told the server I had celiac disease, and they just nodded and took my order. I was nervous because they didn’t talk to me about the protocols, but based on my celiac friend’s recommendation and the reviews here, I didn’t worry. I figured they knew what they were doing. And they did! Everything was delicious and absolutely fine. The server reiterated that my meal was gluten free when they brought it out. I think they know what’s up with celiac disease.
