I have been impressed with how well the staff knew what could and couldn’t be made gluten free. I’ve been several times now and been grateful to have so many different dishes to choose from. 😊 I’ve had no complications. Absolutely will be back!

Waiter who took my to go order knew exactly what options I could eat for lunch. Both lunch soups were gluten free and since the appetizers have gluten, they give you the option of double rice OR edamame beans! The waiter also informed me they use natural flavors instead of adding extra sugar to their dishes whenever possible. They also have mango sticky rice for dessert!

Very gluten-aware! Though their menu doesn't mention it, 90% of their menu can be made gluten-free, they use separate fryers, and they have gluten-free soy sauce! Food is kind of bland, but still higher quality than a lot of Chinese food in the area (no "bad" pieces of chicken, where many places you end up discarding a bunch as inedible.) Absolute must-visit for lovers of Chinese food with Celiac!

I would say this place is celiac friendly; I had the kung pao, plain rice, and stir-fries vegetables (all made to be GF) and I wasn't sick. The food itself however I wasn't impressed with. Kind of bland. But at lest GF.

Not 100 % celiac , but what is (which is alot!!) is very good.. Service was also very good.. if you have CELIAC D.. try this place.... 8/11/16--- One of our favorite restaurants! ! The owners and staff here are very nice and want to make sure everything is perfect. .. we have NEVER had any problems Just wish they would open up a location closer to the Sugarhouse / Downtown area.... We will continue to patronize both of their locations Until then...

Food was delicious. Service was great. My 5-yr old Celiac daughter said her belly hurt when she finished eating. We had edamame, mango chicken, happy family, sizzling garlic shrimp and white rice. All was ordered as gluten free and we identified we had an allergy. Major Bummer! We were so looking forward to making this our new favorite restaurant.

I had a bad reaction from there. Food had a very thick coating and felt like deep fried cross contamination. I don't think that they realize that in order to be gluten free, you can't use the same fryer for everything. All staff said what I had was gluten free, but it let me tell you, I'm feeling it.

One of my kids has Celiac, another has a soy allergy, and there were options for each of them. I asked if the fryer is a shared fryer since so many of the menu items designated GF were battered, and our server told us gluten particulates in a shared fryer aren't harmful to someone with Celiac. We obviously passed on the fried stuff for the Celiac kid, and he and the soy-free kid and I all had moo goo chicken. The manager on duty or owner, not sure who he was, stopped by our table to let us know what kind of soy sauce was used in the fried rice and assured us it was GF, and also gave the kids DumDums instead of fortune cookies. All in all it wasn't bad, but the overconfidence in the fryer situation gives us pause about their knowledge of cross contamination. Our third kid, no food restrictions, had the battered salmon (which was fried right with his gluten wontons) and he absolutely loved his meal. Husband has no food restrictions and got the General Tsoa's chicken and says he was very happy with it.

GF items are marked on menu, wide variety! Deep fried shrimp items are GF (cornstarch instead of flour). Love the tangerine chicken! I usually get egg drop soup as my side and a double order of rice instead of egg roll/wonton. Wonderful staff!
