We went to Judie's for my birthday. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten-free. Most meals could be adapted to gluten-free. She knew what substitutions had to be made with my meal. I always make a point of saying I have Celiac disease and this is not an option for me. Then I always say I would rather be safe than sorry. I avoid meals with too many ingredients because it increases the risk even if they are "gluten-free". I stick to simple choices. I had a great meal of beef tenders in a fresh tomato sauce with baked risotto. Then chocolate tort for dessert.
