Unlike the College Ave location this Jules is absolutely NOT celiac safe. They use the same oven for both regular and gf pizza making it utterly dangerous to your average celiac.
Drive a bit farther and go to the other one because they rock!

Notes: I was so looking forward to bringing my three yr old celiac here. I spoke with the manager and she advised while they follow strict procedures to try and reduce cc, she wouldnt recommend for celiacs. They bake pizzas together and while they put foil on the racks, they dont have designated oven. It seems they are celiac friendly at first glance, when really they are not..disappointing..

Love the pulled pork pizza.

I have really severe celiac and have never gotten sick here. I go about once a month/every two months, and they have the best gluten free pizza.

Have been here twice and got sick both times. Not safe for those with Celiac.

Best gf pizza. They also have an option for dairy free cheese. Ate here numerous times and have not been sick.
Love this place. The #8 chorizo is to die for. They are really aware of cross contamination. I have been glutened here, though it is rare and have since let them know I am celiac and have rarely had a problem since.

Always great to find a place that knows gf! The pizza and salad were very good although the crust is very thin and wafer like I still enjoyed it.

Jules Thin Crust serves gluten-free pizza and makes their gluten-free dough in-house. Our oblong pizza was half Arugula with Bacon (#6) and half BBQ Chicken (#4). It was wonderfully fresh and the best pie I had during the trip! As the name implies, the crusts (both regular and gluten-free) at this local chain are very thin - much like a crackerbread type crust. The Goat Fiesta Salad was also wonderful. What a great last meal to enjoy in the gorgeous "Golden State!"
Best gluten free pizza place!
The only pizza place that I really feel safe at! I love the flatbread concept and love their veggie options! I don't even miss the cheese!

Love Jules. My favorite is their meat #4 but I like trying their seasonal choices. One of our favorite restaurants!

awesome pizza and salads. my gluten eating friends and family also love Jules and claim they can't tell the difference between their gluten free and original pizzas.
Really good pizza but restaurant is not fully gluten free. But I’ve never gotten sick there.

Second time we ordered from this location. Second time they delivered regular (not GF) pizza and stated it was gluten free, when in fact it was NOT gluten free. Eat and order from this location at your own risk.

Delicious! Order a medium and you can get two types of pizza. My nongf husband shared the medium with me. We had margarita and a white cheese pizza. Good protocols. Excellent choice for a quick inexpensive lunch in Princeton

I have been going here for about 7 years now and I've never gotten sick. It is my go to pizza place and I bring all of my gf and non-gf friends here. Everyone LOVES it. Non-gf friends say the gf pizza tastes the same as gluten pizza. My absolute favorite is the pesto pizza and I get it every time I go. Bruschetta, buffalo, and artichoke are also good. I recently ordered 4-5 medium gf pizzas for a meeting for a large group of people and everyone loved it. There were three celiac people in the meeting and everyone commented on how nice it was to be included in a pizza lunch. Couldn't recommend this place more.
