Our first visit. The staff was attentive as I had questions as to where and how they create the GF pizza dough to ensure no wheat flour remains in the air from regular pizza production. They were reassuring.

I’ve only had Jules a few times but I look forward to every time I go. They are so good about handling food allergies and all their staff are trained and know exactly what celiac is. They also have a wide variety of different toppings so you can go a 100 times and probably get a new combo of toppings. They’re absolutely amazing for anyone who’s gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or vegan.

No reaction. Was a little nervous because they didn’t seem to care as much as other places but the pizza was marked separately and I didn’t have any issues

We eat here all the time, for years and have never had an issue. The toppings are so good and my husband says the gf and non gf crust pretty much taste the same.

I always thought Jules was a safe place to eat but I can no longer say that. Today, I placed an order for delivery. I noted in the comments that the gluten free pie was for a celiac. When the order was delivered an hour later, the stamp "gluten free" on the box was missing. I called and the person who answered said she saw that it was for a celiac and realized she forgot to put it in as gluten free. The offer was for me to drive to pick up a replacement (not to deliver a new one). She offered to put me through to a manager but then said the manager was too busy (after telling me they were not busy at all and I could come pick up the replacement). How easy it was to make that mistake - so I'm definitely never trusting this location again.
At the end of the call, when I said "thank you" for the refund, the response was "no problem". No problem? It's a big problem.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, delicious pizza and other gf goodies! Their gf pizza crust for east coast locations is made with buckwheat flour, which I haven't had in pizza crust before. It gave the pizza a subtle earthiness that went fabulously with the Veggie #14 that I ordered, which had two types of mushrooms, arugula, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Oh and by the way, ALL the toppings are gf so you can get any kind of pizza you want! And they have vegan cheese available for dairy free folks.
Heads up, the gf pizzas are made to order, whereas the regular pizzas are ready made on the counters, but it was only about a 15 minute wait. (Regular pizzas can also be made custom to order.) They make the gf pizzas in a different part of the oven from the regular ones, and also cook it on foil. My pizza came out on a plastic board covered in paper that was labeled gluten free, where the regular pizzas came out on a wooden board with unlabeled paper, so even though we had a gf pizza and a regular pizza both with the same toppings at our table, it was easy to tell them apart.
Almost all of their desserts are gf too, they come from a dedicated gf bakery and include cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, all sealed in plastic. I had the chocolate chip cookies, which were very nice! They also have some vegan desserts, so there are dairy free dessert options as well.
When it came time to wrap up my leftovers, they even gave me a box with a Gluten Free label on it! They really know what they're doing here, highly recommend!

Although Jules’ Pizza is delicious and they do go to great lengths to avoid cross contamination, they DO NOT have a gf dedicated oven so it is not really a safe place for Celiacs to eat. I am not rating as I can’t eat there.
I bought a gf pizza so I could eat some & take the rest home, but I ate it all, it was soooo good!!!
