I always thought Jules was a safe place to eat but I can no longer say that. Today, I placed an order for delivery. I noted in the comments that the gluten free pie was for a celiac. When the order was delivered an hour later, the stamp "gluten free" on the box was missing. I called and the person who answered said she saw that it was for a celiac and realized she forgot to put it in as gluten free. The offer was for me to drive to pick up a replacement (not to deliver a new one). She offered to put me through to a manager but then said the manager was too busy (after telling me they were not busy at all and I could come pick up the replacement). How easy it was to make that mistake - so I'm definitely never trusting this location again.
At the end of the call, when I said "thank you" for the refund, the response was "no problem". No problem? It's a big problem.
